We are busy and full of life here at Haddie’s! The staff and girls have been busy preparing for the summertime while enjoying the outdoors. We spent the past months staying safe at home while enjoying all of the beautiful space we have! The girls have enjoyed jumping on the trampoline, swimming, hiking, and planning our garden. Thanks to a generous donor we now have our own chicken coop with 9 chicks! We are hoping to build a raised bed garden area as well. Teaching the girls about sustainable living and learning to become contributing members of society is one of our goals here at Haddie’s. We have a builder for the garden and are looking for donations to purchase the building materials. Haddie’s is also participating in the Opelika Giving Day, we hope that you will support Haddie’s and the many other community organizations! This is your chance to show your love and support to those that help to serve our community. During the pandemic, both monetary and goods donations have significantly dropped off. We are in great need of both monetary donations and physical good donations. Please see the list below of some specific current needs. As always we appreciate your continual prayers, our amazing volunteers, and financial support!
